Hi I'm Wes. I love design. All kinds of design get me excited: game, graphic, mobile, web, UI/UX, furniture and more!

 

I'm inspired by user research and it is the driving force behind my designs. I feel that understanding the user perspective is key to creating effective solutions. However, I'm also fascinated by new technology and the merging of our virtual and physical worlds. As a result I strive to create both functional and explorational works.

 

I have experience designing projects for both print and web media. I can hand code HTML/CSS, and use  programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. My academic studies have also enhanced my understanding of the iterative process of user centered design and my ability to collaborate with others.

 

I'm always trying to learn new techniques and improve myself. Actually this portfolio site will probably change too, so make sure to come back and visit. Thanks!
